Getting Started

To the left of the page you will see menus with links to all of the daily and bonus sessions available to you. Simply click on any of the links in the menu and the materials and audios for that session will appear.

Downloading the Audio Files To Your Computer

After clicking any of the session links in the menu to the left, you will see links that say 'Download Audio Recording' for each of the audios available in that session. Right-click the link and select 'Save Target (or Link) As' (Mac users Control-click the link and select 'Download Linked File As') to save the file to your computer. Remember to note the location where you saved the downloaded file!

Transferring the Downloaded Files From Your Computer To CD or an MP3 Player

Because there are so many different computer configurations, it is impractical to provide exact instructions on how to transfer your downloaded recordings to cd or your mp3 player.

Generally speaking, if you have an iPod you can use iTunes to easily transfer the recordings to your device. For other MP3 players, after plugging in your device to your computer you can usually drag and drop from your computer onto your device. Please refer to your device's instructions for more specific information.
